In case if the product you received from Lovely Shoppy is either damaged or a bit defective, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 5 days.

Customer need to first contact us through 'Contact Us' page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before letting us know, the same, then we will not provide any refund.

Please read below points carefully before request for returns.

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 5 days of the delivery of product
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot
  • In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Lovely Shoppy. In this case, shipping cost will be reimbursed in the customer’s account. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed shipping costs. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Refund options:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all orders.
